Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a sale), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide. Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lavyele is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Quality Control & Temperature Sensitivity
Our all-natural products, can be sensitive to extreme heat.

We take care to package our items to withstand transit, but we recommend retrieving your package promptly upon delivery to ensure the texture of your products remains perfect.

If your product arrives melted, simply place it in a cool environment to re-solidify; this does not affect the efficacy of the natural ingredients.
Missing or Lost Packages
Lavyele is not liable for any products lost or stolen during shipping if the tracking indicates the package was delivered. If you have not received your package but the tracking shows "Delivered," please contact the carrier or reach out to us at shop@lavyele.co so we can assist you in filing a claim.
